- What is your return policy? Give us the details.
Due to quick turnaround, we are unable to cancel any orders after they have been placed. Your credit card is immediately charged at the time of purchase and you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
If Item(s) are returned, they must be in the same condition as originally shipped to the customer. Worn, washed, and/or damaged items will not be accepted for return.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your order date.
There are NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. All SALE items are a final sale.
A refund for store credit of the returned item(s) will be emailed to you once the item has been returned to us. All items must be shipped and received by us before any refund or exchange is made. Please note that you will only be reimbursed for the cost of the item. You will be responsible for all of the shipping costs.
When returning your item(s) please include your order number and reason for your return.
If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake made by us, like receiving an incorrect item or size please include it in the note inside the package to help inform our team. In this case only you will be reimbursed your entire purchase price, including return shipping costs.
Lastly we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Due to high demand your order will take about 1-3 business days to process. After that your order will be shipped out and you can expect to receive it within 5-7 business days. There are many factors that go into your order as far as weather, shipping location ect. Please note that this is just an estimate of when you can expect your order.

- Why haven’t I received my order?
Once you place your order and it has been processed then shipped out you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping info. This should help you know of a more exact date and time of when you can expect to receive your order.
